Sylvain Pavillet
Sylvain PAVILLET holds a PhD in American business law and a Master in English and American business law from the University of Paris – la Sorbonne.
Sylvain started his career in 2000 at SALANS HERTZFELD & HEILBRONN, which became DENTONS and RAMBAUD MARTEL now ORRICK. He joined SHUBERT COLLIN & ASSOCIES after having consolidated his practice at PARDO & ASSOCIES, ASMAR & ASSAYAG and LERINS BCW.
Sylvain handles all aspects of corporate law for both listed and unlisted companies, and specializes in (i) domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (LBO, private equity, management packages…), (ii) management and governance matters and (iii) shareholders relations issues.
Sylvain has also developed very substantial litigation experience assisting his clients in their corporate and business matters, in particular, in post-acquisition and shareholders disputes.
Sylvain works in French and English and speaks Spanish fluently.
He is a member of the Association Française des Docteurs en Droit (AFDD) and of the French and American Bar Association (FABA).
