Alexandre BAUDIN completed his legal studies at the University of Lyon and the University of Paris. He begin his career in 1990 at Ernst & Young where his practice consisted in aiding foreign companies establishing operations in France.

In 1994, Alexandre established his own practice, together with other former members of Ernst & Young. He joined the Firm in 1998, becoming a partner in 2001. He is specialized in French corporate law, particularly in connection with corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
