The Firm has an established tax practice centered around the activity of Bernard Collin, who spent the early years of his career with the French tax authorities.

The Firm is often hired specifically to act as French tax counsel with respect to complex financing operations; we also bring our tax expertise to bear in connection with our mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring operations.

Our tax practice also tends to focus heavily on international tax questions, including those resulting from the application of double-taxation treaties, whether relating to companies or seconded employees, and the application of VAT to cross-border and start-up operations.
