Intellectual property, including copyright, trademarks, patents and know-how, is a vital part of every company's stock in trade.

Although the Firm does not itself prepare and file patent registration, it regularly represents clients in connection with patent license arrangements.

The Firm also regularly advises clients on French trademark protection, files trademark applications and is involved in drafting and negotiating international trademark licenses. The Firm is also called upon with great frequency in connection with software licensing and infringement claims.

The Firm advises, on a regular basis, a Hollywood studio in connection on matters of French copyright law and has negotiated motion picture rights for several major motion picture productions.
