Commercial Law
The Firm regularly represents clients with respect to commercial law matters, including drafting and negotiation of international product and services sale agreements, distribution and licensing arrangements and agency relationships.
This area of our practice requires in-depth knowledge of French and European law related to competition law, product liability and consumer protection, as well as international treaties concerning sales, conflict of laws and taxation of foreign source income.
Also required are an understanding of business advantages and risks relating to international commercial agreements and the know-how and experience necessary to increase the former and diminish the latter.
