Our firm has a longstanding experience in labor law.

We assist our clients on a daily basis in all areas concerning labor law and in the management of their projects, in particular as concerns:

-       the establishment and the structuring of a company in France, the evolution of the organization of the company or of the Group and the day-to-day management of individual labor relations and social security matters,

-       collective labor relations and in particular the relations with the unions and staff representatives, the prevention and management of psychosocial risks, and the managers’ criminal liability;

-       the representation of our clients throughout France in their proceedings before Labor Courts, Social Security Courts and Criminal Courts.

We also advise our clients on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, termination of employment agreement of executive officers, transfer of businesses or sub-contracting.

Our firm also has extensive experience  advising on international mobility matters, including obtaining residence permits and work authorizations, as well as advising on related income tax and social security issues, for foreign employees and employers transferring to France, and for French employees transferred to foreign countries.
