Blandine DUTILLOY holds a Masters in Labor Law from the University of Paris.

She became a member of the Paris bar in February 2001 and began her career as a litigator at the French law Firm Gide Loyrette Nouel ( labor team).

Blandine joined the Firm in April 2004, where she has developped the Labor law practice. She became a Partner in January 2013.

She assists French and international companies in all aspects of Labor law and Social security law.

She works closely with them to advise and assist them in their organizational changes and their strategic choices in human resources.

Her practice covers all aspects of employment and labour law (draft employment contracts or collective agreements, work time, professional elections, disciplinary procedures) and social security.

In particular, she brings a strong expertise in company collective negotiations, restructuring, international mobility and individual or collective litigation

She speaks English and Spanish.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of Chicago as well as of AVOSIAL, association of corporate lawyers recognized in Labor law.
