The Firm represents major French or international companies on an ongoing basis with respect to all aspects of French company law, including reporting, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and equity offerings.
Our clients are also French operations and subsidiaries of foreign, and in particular U.S. companies, doing business in France. We regularly advise the on company law questions related to incorporation and start-up for such operations.
We will provide advice on the most suitable corporate vehicle among the different ones available in France (for example, there is 3 different limited liability corporations in French corporate law) and will take all necessary actions to create the company for foreign clients. |
